We are happy to invite you to our WCC Annual Meeting (14-16 October 2025).
It will take place, in person, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver, Canada.
This beautiful city is a 20-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and we look forwards to seeing you all there!

A safety conference will take place on the 1st day (14 October). A separate registration process will follow.
You can book your accommodation here at the contracted room rate (excluding breakfast):
- Double Room (for one person, DSU) = 359 CAD per night
- Double Room (for two people, Double Use) = 359 CAD per night
